Todd Venetianer comes to WorkWell’s Executive Board with a background in the enterprise software and consulting industries. After thirty-five years Todd made a bold move: he left for-profit work and immersed himself in the very different world of philanthropy. His success in the private sector will prove invaluable to WorkWell in the coming years. Todd is especially interested in website development and expanding WorkWell’s marketing and fundraising efforts.

WorkWell met Todd through NonProfitConnect, a Mercer County-based organization that trains professionals transitioning into nonprofit volunteer work. After exploring WorkWell’s mission and curriculum, Todd joined our executive board. WorkWell is fortunate to have someone with his proven skills. For the past fifteen years, Todd served as COO/CFO for iContracts, a start-up software company that provides contract and management solutions to a variety of corporate industries. His success building this and other profitable businesses, as well as his background in finance, operations, and HR, will prove enormously useful to WorkWell as it continues to grow in exciting new directions.  “I’m excited to be involved with an organization whose mission is to help transform the lives of returning citizens,” says Todd. “I’ve been impressed with WorkWell’s training curriculum as well as the dedication of the staff and board.
